Onsite Gifts
In addition to a tour and visit, we offer many opportunities onsite. Everything that we offer in the space is gift economy. To us, gift economy means that when we share our gifts in the space, in return, you gift us what is within your means and what fills your heart with delight! Generally, we prefer monetary exchange, but are open to a conversation if there is something else that delights you and is within your means.
During COVID, we are pausing on many of our in person gatherings here are a few that are still happening:
3 MONTH INTERNSHIP
Internship will be filled with opportunities to learn about herbalism, mushroom cultivation, gardening, community living, meditation, conflict mediation, healing practices, carpentry, solar and much more! We offer both live in internships and internships for people who come for the day and live in Detroit.
Volunteer Opportunities
We are continuing to build with our vibrant block club and often need support for neighborhood events and cleanups.
Workshops
During COVID we are offering outdoor workshops such as mushroom inoculation.
Due to restrictions in gatherings, we are pausing on these additional offerings. When we are gathering in person again, we welcome you join to us for for:
Overnight Accommodations Space for people who are coming to Detroit for conferences and/or other reasons (paused for the moment)
Self and Community Retreats Space and accommodations (food-if you want, space to sleep, etc.) to do your own individual retreat for a day or a few days (paused for the moment)
Weekly Meditation and Meal Join us for a weekly one hour silent meditation and meal (paused for the moment)
